Complete Hardwood Gym Floor Restoration

This was a fun project! Our client was in desperate need of a complete overhaul of their gym floor in Virginia Beach. This hardwood floor refinishing project had deep scratches and peeling finish. The lines on the court were worn and the paint had seen better days. Some of the lines weren’t even straight. When they found out that Conley’s Carpet Cleaning Plus also deals with hardwood floor refinishing, they wanted to utilize us for their gym floor needs. The results were nothing short of amazing and the feedback we’ve received from this hardwood floor refinishing in Virginia Beach has been spectacular!

We sanded layers of poorly applied finish off of the hardwood. The floor was brought all the way to bare maple. We then sealed the floor and taped the lines this facility needed for 3 different sports. Black lines were painted for basketball, red lines for volleyball and white lines for pickleball. We prepared the, freshly lined, floor for finish and applied specialty polyurethane designed specifically for sport courts.
